A couple of days ago i paid for the upgrade to LIVE 10 Standard and my problem is I cant download it. When I click the blue download button it tells me 'waiting for cdn-downloads.ableton.com', after some time it then goes to a page telling me 'This site cant be reached, connection was reset' There is some information regarding similar problems in the Help section on the site and I tried everything they suggest but it does not help me. The strange thing is that if I change the download from Windows 64bit, which i want, to Mac 64bit and try to download then it works, also, it works if I try to download any of the packs that are available below, Chop and Swing, Cyclic Waves etc. My computer is running Windows 10 WITH i7 processor and 16gb RAM. I did contact support but have heard nothing back. Does anyone please have any idea what could be causing this and how can I fix it.
